Lorenzo visiting at Humboldt University of Berlin

Since November 2021, Lorenzo is a visiting scholar at the Humboldt University of Berlin, under the supervision of Prof. Ignacio Farías and dr. Tomás Criado. The four-months research stay at the Institute of European Ethnology (IfEE) aims to further develop the research project on border-crossers’ strategies of resistance to the data practices and infrastructures for migration management. Particularly, the envisaged collaborations with the Stadtlabor for Multimodal Anthropology will allow Lorenzo to focusing on the experimentation with playful formats of knowledge creation and circulation. The outcome of the research period will be the design of a game format to be used in the fieldwork activities with border-crossers.
